- Types of Source Gases: Can be selected through the software interface, with built-in parameters for common gases such as CO, CO2, methane, propane, isobutane, NO, NO2, NH3, SO2, H2S and SF6.

- Types of Carrier Gases: Air, nitrogen gas or SF6 or other specified gases.

- Nominal Flow Rate: User-specified; typical values range from (50 to 5000) mL/min.

- Flow Expansion Uncertainty: Ue≤1% (k=2)

- Flow Reproducibility: ±0.2%

- Dilution Ratio Range: Typical value ranges from 10000:1 to 1:1
