MOC-04 Microoxygen Analyzer Calibrator, can access high purity nitrogen and three different concentrations of standard gas, with four adjustable flow output interface. The Calibrator has a built-in residual oxygen discharge tube, which can remove the residual oxygen content in 99.999% of high purity nitrogen to 10 ppb.
